Wisconsin Emergency Response Plan

NOTICE: Certain detailed information has been redacted from the Wisconsin Emergency Response Plan. All relevant factors have been considered and balanced in determining the public interest in disclosure versus the public interest favoring nondisclosure. It is concluded that the public benefit gained by releasing this redacted information is negligible in comparison to the great public harm and credible threat to public safety that would be caused by the disclosure of this redacted information. Further, certain information contained in the Wisconsin Emergency Response Plan is specifically exempt or limited from disclosure under §§ 19.85 (1) (d) and 19.36 (2) of the Wisconsin Statutes. These statutes have direct applicability and serve as another basis for redaction.
